Domestic Shipping Policy
For orders over $50 - shipping within the U.S. is free. If the amount is less than $50, then the cost of delivery - is $5.00.
If the order includes items from the Equipment category, the delivery price will differ, as large devices have large packages and delivery will cost more. You will be able to see the shipping price in the cart at checkout.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed with a delay.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery times and shipping estimates
Shipping for your order less than $50 is $5.00. If your order is $50 or more, shipping is free. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Your order will be shipped using your chosen USP shipping method. Delivery times are 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Our store will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You are responsible for checking the progress of the delivery.
Ownership of packages transferred to USPS passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages. We are not responsible for shipping errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information.
Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS with your order from us, so any delivery issues must be handled by USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our control.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!
We are not responsible for the goods sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the selected delivery service, if you place the order and your delivery address is the address for sending, you are responsible for connected with your forwarding company or service to detect your departure. Missing or Stolen Shipments
Our store is under no circumstances responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please follow the steps below.
